The room is compact but still fits a queen sized bed. A plus is a private access to the room via the garden next to it and a self check in process, certainly the most ideal place for a post covid 19 stay. There is little or no human contact necessary with a private keybox, private access to the room and lots of open space being next to a garden.

The room is ideal for a couple who likes some quiet time away from the busy city traffic. The room's private entrance is at the end of a beautiful lush garden. The attached private bathroom is small, but fully equipped with toilet, wash basin, hot shower and toiletries. The kitchen is well equipped with silverware, plates a microwave and air fryer for long stay guests. The room fits a queen-sized bed. The sheets, duvet and towels are of hotel quality. The bedroom door opens out to a private garden. Post Covid-19, this will be an ideal room for a busy executive to come home to. The bedroom has been furnished to address the needs of business guests with the addition of a ceiling fan, laptop table and chair. The high ceiling and full windows one side of the bedroom makes it a well ventilated room and just ideal for a post Covid-19 stay. Despite being in the touristy hub, it is a very quiet neighbourhood. Very low density in the 15 houses with one or 2 senior citizens per house. The kitchen is well equipped with plates, silverware, a microwave, airfryer for long stay guests. For long stay guests there is a washing machine to wash, but drying will be just hanging out, Malaysian style. The lounge area has a TV for guests and ample books to keep you occupied if you need a lazy indoor day. The front of house has a lovely garden swing and seating if guests decide to sit in the garden. There is also a huge indoor parking space for 3 cars.

Since being listed, it has been privately rented out so there are no reviews but do give it a go.

This room is situated on the 1st floor, has 2 super single beds. It can accommodate a maximum of 2 guests in the room. The room is equipped with a portable standing wardrobe, laptop table and chair, suitable for busy guests on a business trip. It is fully equipped with a Panasonic temperature adjustable air conditioner The beds are top quality super single beds, complete with hotel quality sheets pillows and duvets to ensure a comfortable night's sleep. Please note that it does not have an attached bathroom, but the common bathroom is only 10 steps away from the room. There are 3 common bathrooms in the house for the 3 first floor bedrooms, so one common bathroom is dedicated to one bathroom on the first floor. The rest of the bedrooms in the house have internal bathrooms. The first floor has its own common lounge outside the bedrooms.

The room has a Panasonic air conditioner. The beds are luxurious hotel quality super singles, complete with hotel quality sheets and duvets to ensure a comfortable night's sleep. Please note that it does not have an attached bathroom, but the common bathroom is only 10 steps away from the room. I made sure that the house has 3 common bathrooms so that there is one allocated to each bedroom. It is the historical house design that we could not add a bathroom into the bedroom.

The room is ideal for long stayers. It is located at the far end of the first floor, making the space quiet and secluded hence my favourite room. The room extends out to a private balcony with a washroom at the end, giving more space to the room itself. This washroom is dedicated to the room only. The bed is king sized, and fully furnished with high quality bedsheets, pillows and duvet to ensure a comfortable night's sleep. The room comes with a Panasonic air conditioner.
It is fully equipped with a writing table & drawer set to accommodate guests on business trips. The private outdoor cum balcony area is an added bonus for evening coffees or fresh air.
For long stay guests there is a washing machine for laundry, but drying will be just hanging out, Malaysian style. The lounge area on the ground floor hall has a TV for guests and ample books to keep you occupied if you need a lazy indoor day.

The shown bedroom is on the first floor of the house and is the largest room in the house. The room is suitable for long stay solo lady travellers, or professionals that need to come home to a quiet place. The room is nicely fitted with a floor to ceiling fitted wardrobe and also a dressing table. One queen sized bed is fitted with top quality sheets and duvets to ensure a comfortable night's sleep. The room comes with an air conditioner & remote, a stand and wifi access.
